Today is a very special day in the life of my sweetheart. She turns 19 today! I have thought alot today about the last year in her life. We have had so many fun times together. I can remember being at her 18th birthday party, and I had no idea what an amazing plan God had for both of us. I thank God every day for you Carrie. You are so special to me! God has given you so many talents and gifts, He has blessed you so much. He has blessed me by giving me the most amazing girl in the world! I love you sweetheart! Happy Birthday Princess!!!!!!

Last year at this time I was getting ready to leave for TLC's boot camp. Oh the memories of that time and of my trip. I will never forget that experience. Thanks TLC!

If you look at the date of my last post you may come to the conclusion that I ignore my blog and don't like to post much. However....... I am just a very busy person!! I don't know where all of these guys find the time to update their blogs!! Anyway..... there has been so much happening in my life that I fear it would take a very long time to relate it all. I will give the highlights!!! Hows that? Well....... this is my blog so it has to be all right! lol Anyway.... on April 9 at around 4 am, I woke up and started getting my last minute items together for choir tour. I was really looking forward to choir and knew that it would be alot of fun!! Especially since my sweetheart was going too!!! I really had no idea of how wonderful a time God had in store for me and the rest of the choir! In every service... and I mean every service God's presence came in ways that I cannot describe! Each of us on choir tour were carrying a heavy load, many of us dealing with painful and hurtful situations, but God showed each one His grace and ever present companionship of His Spirit! I thank God for His help in my life and the wonderful choir tour He gave us!!!
Choir tour lasted from the 9th of April to the 21st. On the next to the last day of choir tour my lovely, wonderful girlfriend left to go see her brother that was returning from his time of service in Iraq. I was very happy for her to be able to go see her brother, but I also was very sad to see her go. The next day of travel was a long one for me!! I didn't have my girl to talk to or flirt with. lol Anyway I got home and went straight back into the routine of things. I missed seeing Princess so much! Her and her family stayed with David from Sunday to the next Friday. I was so so so so so so so so so glad when I was able to see my girl!!! I missed her sooooooooooo much!!!! Since then I have been keeping busy with studies and spending time with a certain.... special and beautiful person in my life!! God has given so much help to me personally and in the lives of many others. I thank God every day for the mercy and grace He shows me, of which I deserve none. I thank Him for a wonderful family, my parents are the best!! I thank God for my wonderful sweetheart that He has given me!! I couldn't make it without her! I love you Carrie!!!!!! Your the best!!!!I thank God for His help in dealing with hurtful situations that have come into my life, things I don't understand and may never know reasons for. And even when things aren't the best we know that God is good, All the time!!!

Valentines!!!!

I made the huge mistake of not writing about this valentines day in my last post. So I will write a few things since someone else told the story in full detail lol Well, first of all, I need to tell how me and Princess met. In July of 07 I took a TLC trip to eastern europe. And guess who was on the team with me............ you got it! Princess! That is when I first started to like Carrie. Although..................... she didnt like me yet lol God has worked in a very special way in both of our lives since then. He has brought us through alot and has been with us every step of the way. Anyway, Valentines day was very special! I was able to do some special things for my sweetheart but they didnt come close to showing how much I really care for her. I love you sweetheart!

I am told that I do a very poor job at keeping my blog updated. And I have to admit.............. I dont do a very good job. lol So for those of you who keep hounding me to update, here goes. Life has been very interesting these last several weeks. God has helped me overcome some difficult things I had been dealing with. Camp was a wonderful time of coming closer to God and realizing there is a world out there that needs Jesus Christ. God has blessed me so much. I thank him for the wonderful family He has given me, and the new family He has brought in my life. In particular, God has brought a very special someone in my life. Princess! I am so happy! She is so wonderful! She is so so so special to me!!! I better not say too much more or I will turn red lol I cant wait to see what God does in our lives! Right now............ I am just trying to keep her well for more than............ a day lol You know I love ya Carrie! I am so glad you are doing better! I have been having some interesting discussions with a certain someone.............. you know who you are............ and I have to say I have enjoyed talking about these "issues" alot. lol Well.... I never was in favor long blogs, in fact.... I am accused all the time of not blogging enough. lol Well, I hope this makes everyone happy. lol One more thought, God is good, all the time!!!!!! I know, I know, its been a long time since Ive posted on here! But.......... Ive been busy. So............. first of all, finals took alot of time. You know.... study......... txt.......... study........... txt............ txt......... txt....... you get the pic! lol Then came the wonderful and glorious Christmas break! Talk about fun! This Christmas was especially good because........... I had someone special to buy gifts for!! Princess!!! It was an awesome Christmas!!! My family was going to visit some relatives up north but that didnt work out so I got to stay home and............. visit another family that has a eighteen year old daughter! Then came the new year!! Its really amazing how fast time moves on. I know God has many great things instore this year for me and my family and other "family" lol. This semester is moving so fast! Its really cool cuz I get to go on choir tour this year!!! Ten days of traveling(which I love to do) with a special someone!! Its gonna be a blast! Well I havent posted in so long that I had better ease into this so..................................... I think Ill take a break............... cuz............. I just got a txt. lol Later!

Wow! Only one week left in the semester!!! I will be so glad when the week is over and all my finals are done! lol Life has been so busy the last couple of weeks, you know, between school, work, and TEXTING lol I haven't had much time for anything else. This past Saturday I got to ride a truck in a Christmas parade and throw candy to everyone! It was alot of fun! Especially since someone special was throwing candy with me! Then after the parade she made me chili! Wasn't that sweet! The chili was awesome! Then on Sunday I got to sit with her in church! It was a good weekend! lol lol

Wow!!! What a weekend!!! Its has been so much fun! I have had way too much fun and food the last couple of days!! I started the weekend off by playing r-ball with some of my friends, it was awsome!!! Then a very "special friend" brought homemade donuts!!!! You talk about good donuts!!! On thankgiving day we went over to some friends house and spent the day eating and having loads of fun. After we left, I went up to the courts and played a very gentle game of r-ball with Carrie, or so I thought, well of a sudden, wham!! I got hit with the ball!! She says it was an accident but I dont know..................... lol lol Just kidding Carrie, you know we love ya! lol Then on Friday I played r-ball again!!(I know, I'm addicted to it. lol) Then that night some friends had us over to their house!!!! That was really fun because............ well just because. lol Care to take a guess on what I did Saturday morning? You got it!! I played r-ball again!!!(I wonder why I like that game so much lol) Its been a wonderful weekend with loads of fun and good times!! I just hope the next two weeks go well, I dont like finals. ugh. lol

Thankgiving Break! Yay!

I am so ready for my thanksgiving break! With all that has been happening it will be nice to have a couple days to just relax and eat! lol And I cant forget racquetball! I love to play racquetball! I am going to get to play alot this weekend which makes me happy, amoung other things. lol I just have to figure out how to get a certain "friend" of mine to play even though she has a hurt ankle. lol Its amazing how fast life travels. It seemed like just yesterday the semester was starting, and now we are almost done with it! Where did the time go? It seems the closer we get to Christmas the faster things happen. Then comes the shopping and all the other things Christmas brings along with it, including travel. Who in the world would leave sunny south Florida and go up north with all the snow and ice? Well, you guessed it, me and my family are. Now, you have to understand, I dont really care to much for the cold and snow, I am content to stay in Florida and not freeze myself solid. lol But it will be worth it to see family and friends. I will just have to keep my cell phone close to me! lol

A Busy Time!

I dont know about you, but every year at around Thanksgiving my life starts to move into the fast lane! Being enrolled in high school as well as college has me busy alot of time. Then there is my work. I have a small landscaping business that takes its share of my time as well. Those are the normal day-to-day tasks, but know there are finals in college, term papers, banquets, special church services and a whole host of other things demanding my time. Sound familiar? I'm sure none of you have this problem. lol I just cant wait for the Christmas break! It will be so nice to relax for a while. Then the new semester starts and its the same old busy life again. lol Oh well, I probably better get used to it, I am a long ways away from retirement. lol
